Restaurant

We serve up homemade, seasonal cooking that highlights the quality of the ingredients, which are almost all sourced from this and from local organic farms. We offer crescentine fritte (deep-fried dough) with sliced meats, vegetables in oil, jams and cheeses, traditional Bolognese starters such as tortellini, tagliolini, tortelloni and tagliatelle, served with vegetable side dishes, amongst many other options.

The restaurant is open only to those who have booked in advance. A range of menus are available, starting from €15.

SNACKS
The farm is criss-crossed by a number of paths that link it up with areas of great archaeological interest. If you plan to go on an excursion (or even if you prefer to stay closer to home), we offer snacks with homemade bread, charcuterie and jams.
